Callum's Story
Built on discipline, delivered with a personal approach
I founded Alpha Fire & Electrical to give homeowners, landlords, and businesses a clear, dependable service without the typical jargon or confusing process. My background in the Royal Marines shaped how I work: be reliable, communicate clearly, and do the job properly.
Before military service, I completed an NVQ in Electrical Engineering. Since then, I have built extensive experience across fire safety and electrical systems — from residential smoke alarms to commercial addressable fire alarm systems and three-phase installations.
Today, Alpha Fire & Electrical serves both residential and commercial clients. Whether you need a landlord EICR or a full commercial fire alarm system, you get the same commitment: professional standards, clear communication, and proper documentation.

BS 5839
Fire detection and alarm systems. Part 1 for commercial premises and Part 6 for dwellings — the core standards behind every fire alarm system we design, install, and maintain.
BS 5266
Emergency lighting guidance for safe escape route illumination. We design and test systems to BS 5266-1 for both residential and commercial buildings.
BS 7671
The IET Wiring Regulations — the national standard for electrical installation. All our electrical work is designed, installed, and tested to the current 18th Edition.
